Protein structure sequencing

What did I do?

First I gathered genes from VOGDB, or the Virus Orthologous Groups Database, which is a multi-layered resource that classifies viral genes into groups based on varying degrees of similarity. Then I used colabfold to sequence the proteins from different groups, using SLURM to manage the workload on the cluster more efficiently. When computing was done I used python and R to display the findings with graphs. The most interesting findings where the accuracy ratings of the different predicted sequences, which varied a lot by group.
